Praise the Lord

Today is the last day of a great week that only could have been made wonderful if Dan was here :)
I didn't have work, have had hardly any HW assignments, and for the first time in a long time had no Tuesday night paper route!!! I haven't known what to do with myself and it's been great! I miss my daycare kids a little. I love them so much, but lately they have (not one, not two, but all) been so stubborn about stuff I try to get them to do! I think they get the stubbornness from me actually. I am more stubborn than them though so ultimately I win in the end, but am usually very tired and stressed. I do love though how they can be hard to deal with, but then so darn lovable! they want to sit on my lap, they want to hug on me, they yell "MS. KARA!!!!!!! When I walk through the door. They have such cute little personalities. I like the two age, because you can spend individual time with them while the others are all playing. Two of our teachers right now are quitting for family reasons, so we are looking for fresh meat hehe.
I found some fresh meat yesterday getting my hair done. This is mostly for Shauna. She was reading a Bible book and I was telling her where I work and she said are they hiring? I said yeah! You should apply. She's a care giver right now and she wants a full time job (go figure with Obama given away free houses along with our money) and was asking me all about what they do with the kids an stuff.
Speakig of hair appointment I got it cute three inches shorter which to me seems oh so short haha; I also got it colored and I love the color. It's called......wait for it.......espresso! I thought that was funny considering my loving relationship with coffee. So now I'm an espresso head. Anyway, I'll ttyl I am going back to work next week so bonvoyage!

  2. Hey Jennifer!
Yes, Shauna and I both work at Noah's ark. She has the three's and I have the two's. It's nice getting to talk to her there. Especially since the window of her class room connects with the play ground we play on!
